After years of customer feedback from the community, the Utah Food Bank gave us the creative latitude to devise a plan that hyper-focused on the paths to donations while still keeping the broad base of information relevant, intuitive and scalable.
CMS & CRM Integrations
Keeping the administrative back-end breezy was also a key component of the project scope. We also delivered on the requirement for a better CRM for easier data management giving the folks at Utah Food Break a real valuable tool instead of more noise to sift.
We wanted to support how users generally interact with buttons and gestures only using one finger. We wanted these donation pathways to be as simple and speedy as possible while still providing the right content and the right time.
We continue to work with the Utah Food Bank in all their efforts to support the hungry in communities around the state.
